Itinerary

1. Day 1 · Drive from Kathmandu to Koto. (2,700m) – 8 to 9 hours Your guide pick you up with your name card from your hotel lobby and our journey begins with an early morning drive from Kathmandu along the scenic Prithvi Highway. 2. Day 2 · Trek from Koto to Meta. (3,560m) – 6 to 7 hours Today, you officially enter the restricted Nar Phu Valley. After registering permits at the checkpoint, the trail follows a quiet path through dense pine forests, narrow canyons, and suspension bridges. The landscape becomes more remote and dramatic as you ascend to Meta.
3. Day 3 · Trek from Meta to Phu Gaon. (4,080m) – 6 to 7 hours The trail today offers stunning views of barren landscapes, deep gorges, and unique rock formations. You pass small settlements and ancient chortens before reaching Phu Gaon, a beautiful and culturally rich Tibetan-influenced village.
4. Day 4 · Acclimatization and Exploration in Phu Gaon. (4,250m) This is an important rest day to adjust to the altitude. You can explore the village, visit the historic Tashi Lhakhang Monastery, and interact with local people. Short hikes around the village provide panoramic mountain views.
5. Day 5 · Trek from Phu Gaon to Nar. (4,110m) – 6 to 7 hours You retrace part of the trail and then head toward Nar village. The route includes high-altitude landscapes, suspension bridges, and wide open valleys. Nar is another traditional village with strong Tibetan culture and stunning surroundings.
6. Day 6 · Trek from Nar to Nawal. (3,675m) via Kang La Pass (5,306m) – 7 to 9 hours This is the most challenging and rewarding day of the trek. You start early to cross the high Kang La Pass, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Annapurna range, including Annapurna II, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak. 7. Day 7 · Trek to Humde & Drive to Besisahar. After breakfast, you trek downhill to Humde, passing through beautiful villages and enjoying views of the Annapurna region. From Humde, you take a jeep drive back to Besisahar.
8. Day 8 · Drive from Besisahar to Pokhara. Today you travel to Pokhara by local bus. The journey offers scenic views of rivers, hills, and rural life. Upon arrival, you can relax near Lakeside. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
9. Day 9 · Pokhara City Tour. Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour in Pokhara. You will visit: Phewa Lake – peaceful boating experience Davis Falls – unique underground waterfall Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave – sacred cave temple World Peace Pagoda – panoramic Himalayan views
