Menu 1: Bara / Dal Bhat/ Yomari Menu 2: Chatamari/ Momo/ Kheer Menu 3: Aloo Chop/ Thukpa/ Carrot Halwa Bara is a traditional Nepali lentil pancake made from ground black gram (urad dal) batter, seasoned with spices. Dal Bhat is a traditional South Asian meal consisting of steamed rice (bhat) and lentil soup (dal), often served with vegetables, pickles, and curry.
