Itinerary

1. Day 1 · Kathmandu to Soti Khola. (7-8 hours by drive) Early morning, drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola, passing through lush landscapes, traditional villages, and stunning river views.
2. Day 2 · Soti Khola to Machha Khola. (6-7 hours) Trek through terraced fields and forests, following the Budi Gandaki River, as you ascend to the village of Machha Khola.
3. Day 3 · Machha Khola to Jagat. (6-7 hours) Continue along the river valley, passing through picturesque villages and forests before reaching the village of Jagat.
4. Day 4 · Jagat to Deng. (6-7 hours) Trek past forests, river valleys, and terraced fields, gradually ascending as you head toward the more remote areas of the trek.
5. Day 5 · Deng to Namrung. (6-7 hours) Continue trekking through forests and villages, gaining altitude as you approach Namrung, a village with beautiful views of Manaslu.
6. Day 6 · Namrung to Samagaon. (6-7 hours) Trek into the higher altitudes, heading towards the Tibetan-influenced village of Samagaon, offering spectacular views of Mount Manaslu.
7. Day 7 · Acclimatization Day at Samagaon. Spend the day acclimatizing by exploring the area, visiting Birendra Lake, or taking a side trip to Manaslu Base Camp for stunning views.
8. Day 8 · Samagaon to Samdo. (4-5 hours) Trek to the remote village of Samdo, near the Tibetan border, known for its unique Tibetan culture and peaceful atmosphere.
9. Day 9 · Samdo to Dharamsala (Larkya Phedi). (4-5 hours) Ascend toward Larkya Phedi, where you’ll stay before crossing the high-altitude Larkya La Pass the next day.
10. Day 10 · Cross Larkya La Pass. (5,160m) and Trek to Bhimtang (7-8 hours) Early morning, cross the challenging Larkya La Pass, offering panoramic views of peaks like Himlung, Cheo, and Manaslu. Descend to Bhimtang for an overnight stay.
11. Day 11 · Bhimtang to Tal. (6-7 hours) Trek down through lush forests and scenic valleys, passing traditional villages along the way.
12. Day 12 · Tal to Kathmandu (Drive). Take a scenic drive from Tal back to Kathmandu, passing through villages and beautiful landscapes. This will take around 7-8 hours.
13. Day 13 · Arrive in Kathmandu. Arrival in Kathmandu, where you can rest or explore the city after completing your trek.
