Main Course - Dal Bhaat with a Choice of Rice or Dhido: - Explore the quintessential Nepali meal, featuring Dal (lentil soup), Bhaat (rice), or Dhido (traditional porridge made with stone-ground cornmeal, millet flour, or buckwheat flour). Saag (Nepali spinach), vegetables, Achar (chutney), Ghee, Salad, and a choice of Vegetable or Non-Vegetable Curry complete this authentic experience. 2. Optional Course - Momo Making: - Delve into the art of crafting momos, learning the intricacies of dough preparation, filling, and various folding techniques.
