Day 3 | Jagat–Sridibas–Nyak Phedi–Deng (1,860 m) Ascend via Salleri and Gurung village Sridibas. Cross the river to Nyak Phedi’s bamboo forests, then follow the river to Deng. Trek: 19 km, 5–6 h.

Day 4 | Deng–Rana–Namrung (2,630 m) Pass Rana (1,980 m) and Bihi Phedi farmland. Reach Namrung, a checkpoint with views of Manaslu, Himal Chuli, and Saula Himal. Trek: 18 km, 5–6 h.

Day 10 | Dharamsala–Larkya La Pass (5,160 m)–Bhimthang (3,720 m) Start early for the trek’s highest, toughest climb to Larkya La Pass, with sweeping views of Himlung Himal and Ngadi Chuli. Descend via moraine fields to Bhimthang. Trek: 24 km, 8–9 h.

Day 11 | Bhimthang–Yak Kharka–Gho–Tilije (2,300 m) Pass Yak Kharka (4,050 m), descend through rhododendron forests, cross Dudh Khola, and reach Tilije. Trek: 18 km, 6–7 h.
