Itinerary

  1. Day 1 · Arrival in Kathmandu. Welcome to Kathmandu Airport! Our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, we will give you an introduction to your trip. Overnight in Kathmandu.
  2. Day 2 · Sightseeing the Kathmandu Valley. You will be seeing the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Swoyambhunath. You will learn much about Hindu and Buddhist culture. Overnight in Kathmandu.
  3. Day 3 · Drive to Chitwan with Rafting on the Trishuli. We will have a day of adventure with rivers, with rafting on the Trishuli River as we travel to Chitwan. Once we arrive at Chitwan, our evening includes a cultural display by the Tharu people. Overnight in Chitwan.
  4. Day 4 · Chitwan Jungle Activities. You will spend a full day of jungle safari, canoeing, birding, and bathing with elephants at Chitwan National Park. Overnight at the jungle lodge.
  5. Day 5 · Chitwan to Pokhara. Drive to Pokhara, visiting Davis Falls, the Gupteshwor Caves, and the Tibetan Refugee Camp. In the evening, relax by the lakeside. Overnight stay in Pokhara
  6. Day 6 · Trek to Ghandruk. Drive to Nayapul, then trek to Ghandruk through beautiful scenery. Ghandruk is a fine Gurung village with nice views of the mountain. Overnight at the lodge.
