Itinerary

1. Day 1 · The Tsum Valley Trek is a captivating journey into a remote and mystical valley steeped in Tibetan Buddhist culture
2. Day 2 · Beginning in Machha Khola. the trail follows the roaring Budhi Gandaki River, through lush subtropical forests, cascading waterfalls, and terraced fields.
3. Day 3 · As the trek progresses. the landscape transforms into rugged mountains and deep gorges. Trekkers ascend through charming villages like Jagat, Lokpa, and Chumling, crossing thrilling suspension bridges.
4. Day 4 · The entrance to the Tsum Valley is marked by stunning mani walls. and stone tablets inscribed with Buddhist prayers, signaling the region's spiritual nature. In Chhekampar, trekkers experience Tibetan Buddhist traditions, colorful monasteries, and ancient stupas.
5. Day 5 · Further up. the trek reaches Mu Gompa, the region's oldest monastery, surrounded by panoramic views of the Ganesh and Sringi Himal ranges. Trekkers can also visit the Milarepa Cave, where the Tibetan saint meditated.
6. Day 6 · Beyond its natural beauty. the trek offers encounters with the warm-hearted Tsumbas, an indigenous community preserving age-old customs and dialects. The valley has lush pastures, yak caravans, and timeless serenity.
7. Day 7 · Descending back. the trek revisits the tranquil villages, offering reflections on the journey’s spiritual and scenic wonders. The Tsum Valley Trek is a cultural and natural immersion, leaving trekkers inspired by its sacred aura and unspoiled beauty.
