Nepali ordinary passport holders MUST obtain a visit visa for any entry — including tourism, business meetings, and even airside transit.
• Diplomatic / Official Nepali passport holders ONLY: 14-day visa-free entry permitted (per ImmD remark "#").
• Indian nationals are now the only South Asians with a special arrangement (PAR — Pre-Arrival Registration online, free) — Nepal NOT covered.
