Departing from Berlin in the morning, you'll take an DFDS ferry to Denmark, enjoying the scenic views of the Baltic Sea along the way. You will arrive in Copenhagen in the afternoon. Visit [Amalienborg Palace], the residence of the Danish royal family, as well as the picturesque [Nyhavn (New Harbor)], originally a busy port for merchant ships, but has now become a popular tourist destination. After breakfast, we'll depart for Gothenburg, a charming harbor city in Sweden, where we will visit [Masthugget Church], perched on the Masthugget Hills. Next, we'll head to Götaplatsen Square, a popular cultural hub where grand events and performances are often held. Day 3 — Oslo - Hemsedal【Sunday Departure】
After breakfast, we will head to Oslo, the capital of Norway, to visit one of Oslo's landmarks [Vigelandsparken]. With over six hundred human sculptures, the park showcases the creative work of sculptor Gustav Vigeland, spanning more than 20 years. Life is the theme of Vigelandsparken, where you can stroll through the art garden and experience representations of all stages of life. Next, we will visit the [Oslo Opera House]. The appearance of the lines is simple but full of design. The roof made up of marble and glass makes her look like a glacier floating on the sea. Tourists are welcomed to walk on the roof to see the beauty of Oslo. Overnight stay in Hemsedal or nearby.

Day 4 — Hemsedal - Flam - Gudvangen - Voss【Monday departure】
Take the [Flåm Train] (optional) to experience one of the world's most scenic train journeys. The trip from Flåm to Myrdal and back takes approximately 2 hours, offering breathtaking views of the Norwegian countryside, steep mountains, cascading waterfalls, and lush valleys along the way. After returning to Flåm, we will head to Gudvangen, where you can take a cruise (optional) for about 2h to enjoy the world's deepest and longest fjord [Sognefjorden], which is ranked as one of the best-preserved fjords in the world. Then proceed to [Hardangerfjord], known as the Norwegian Orchard, and the [Norheimsund], a picturesque village located in the mountains. Afterward, we will pass through [Eidfjordvatnet]. Today we will return to the capital of Norway, Oslo, to admire the magnificent [Oslo City Hall] and the beautiful relief murals in the hall. We will also explore the rich historical monuments of 19th-century Norway at the [Oslo Palace](exterior visit only) and enjoy a panoramic view of the entire city of Oslo from [Akershus Festning] on the seafront. Then take the DFDS cruise to Copenhagen and overnight stay on cruise.

For airports other than Copenhagen, a paid airport transfer service is available upon request. Please contact customer service for a separate quote.
【Copenhagen (CPH) Airport Transfer Notes】
1. Book at least 7 days in advance and provide flight information. For bookings within 7 days, a second confirmation is required.
2. The transfer details will be emailed to you within three days before the scheduled pickup or drop-off time.
3. When placing the order, please provide the specific date of the package, the local hotel name, and the contact number of the participants for communication.
4. The 7-seater vehicle can carry up to 4 passengers and 4 pieces of 24-inch luggage. If you have more luggage, we recommend choosing a larger vehicle to avoid delays. Please provide accurate information about the number of passengers and luggage. If the vehicle is overloaded, the driver has the right to refuse service for safety reasons.
5. Upon airport pickup, please have your exit itinerary ready in advance to avoid delays, and contact the driver immediately after your flight lands. The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes free of charge from the actual flight arrival time, with a maximum wait of 2 hours. Any delay beyond 60 minutes will incur a charge of 50 euros per hour (charged directly to the driver).
For drop-off, please contact the driver in advance. If the driver waits for more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time at the hotel lobby or other agreed location, they have the right to leave.
6. Night Service Fee:
Airport transfer services are only available during normal working hours from 07:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Transfers outside these hours will incur an additional 30 euros on top of the original price.
7. If the transfer distance exceeds 30 km, an extra charge of 1.5 euros per km will apply. (If the hotel is booked through our group tour with extra nights, no extra fee will be charged for the distance beyond 30 km.)
8. Tipping is not required for airport transfers.
9. The airport transfer is a group service. The driver is only responsible for the airport to hotel (or other pre-arranged hotels) transfers and is unaware of any other tour-related matters.

5-seater: Fits 3 passengers + 3 pieces of 20-inch luggage (removing 1 passenger allows for 1 more luggage)
7-seater: Fits 4 passengers + 4 pieces of 24-inch luggage (removing 1 passenger allows for 1 more luggage)

【Cancellation/Amendment Policy】
1) Cancellation of order:
In case of cancellation of orders, cancellation fees are charged according to the following policy:
- 33 days or longer prior to scheduled departure (33 days included), 15% of the total package rate will be charged.
- Between 32 and 17 days prior to scheduled departure(32 days included), 25% of the total package rate will be charged.
- Between 16 and 10 days prior to scheduled departure(16 days included), 50% of the total package will be charged.
- Within 9 days (9 days included), 100% of the total package rate will be charged.
2) Change of order(Applies only to multi-day tours with the same local operator):
If a customer wishes to change any part of a booking, service fee will be charged.
- Up to 33 days prior to scheduled departure, 5% of the total package rate will be charged.
- Between 32 and 17 days prior to scheduled departure(32 days included), 10% of the total package rate will be charged.
- Between 16 and 10 days prior to scheduled departure (16 days included), 30% of the total package rate will be charged.
- Within 9 days, 100% of the total package rate will be charged.
【Other tips】
- If a participant cannot join the tour as scheduled due to special circumstances, they may reschedule for the next tour, subject to the above terms.
- If a participant suddenly withdraws or does not participate in any group activities (such as meals or visits) during the trip, they must complete and sign the "Mid-Way Withdrawal Statement" provided by us, and no fees will be refunded.
- All changes must be communicated in writing; otherwise, it will be considered as an automatic withdrawal, and the company will bear no responsibility.

Special notes
- The default itinerary is for 7 days. If you choose different pick-up or drop-off locations, the duration and cost of the tour may change. Please contact customer service for a quote.
- If you need Cruise cabin upgrade service, please note that the upgrade is for the number of guests only, not the cabin type. For example, upgrading for two guests means they will stay in a four-person cabin.
- Guests aged 70 and above must be accompanied by a family member when joining a tour and complete a "Participation Statement." If no family member is present and the guest insists on joining, our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance. Any consequences arising from members' actions during the trip are their own responsibility.
- Pregnant participants must disclose their condition at the time of registration. Those over 24 weeks may not be recommended to join, but if they insist, they must be accompanied by a family member and sign a "Disclaimer," with our company reserving the right to refuse acceptance. If under 24 weeks and still insisting to join, the same rules apply, and consequences from personal reasons are also their responsibility.
- Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult who takes responsibility for their safety. Any consequences resulting from the minor's actions or negligence of the accompanying adult are the minor's responsibility.
- Our company reserves the right to change accommodation, travel routes, sightseeing spots, and departure dates as needed.
- In cases of insufficient numbers or uncontrollable issues like transportation changes, our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary. If a trip is canceled, all fees will be refunded or we will offer similar alternatives, and our company is not liable for any cancellations.
- Extra costs due to force majeure, such as traffic delays, strikes, weather issues, flight cancellations, or changes, are the responsibility of the participant.
- Times indicated in the itinerary are for reference only; actual arrival times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, traffic, events, or strikes. Guests planning onward travel should allow at least 3 hours of buffer time to avoid inconveniences caused by delays. Our company is not responsible for losses incurred from inadequate time planning.
- Our company reserves the right to merge English-speaking and Chinese-speaking tour groups into the same bus if the number of travelers in either group is limited. A bilingual tour leader, fluent in both English and Chinese, will accompany the group and provide service in the customers' preferred language (English or Chinese).
Pricing notes (children, single supplement)
- Child pricing details: When two adults share a twin room with one child under 6 who does not require a bed, the child can enjoy a discounted rate. If the child is 6 years old or older (including 6), they will be charged the same as an adult
- One adult traveling with one child will be charged the same rate, and they will be assigned a double room
- Choosing a single room for the entire trip does not include a private cabin; the default is a four-person cabin, which may include mixed-gender roommates. An upgrade for a cabin is available for an additional fee, and you can select this in the upgrade options. If there are not enough people for the upgrade, a supplement may apply. Upgrades apply to the number of guests, not the room type (e.g., upgrading a two-person cabin means two people will stay in a four-person cabin). 【Room Sharing Policy】
Solo travelers can opt for room sharing, and we will arrange same-gender roommates. Whether or not a match is successful, we will not charge a single room supplement.
Note: If you place your order within 5 days of departure, we reserve the right to charge the full single room supplement based on actual circumstances.
