### Multi-Entry — Vietnam e-Visa (Multiple Entry)

**Purpose:** Tourism, business, repeat visits.
**Stay duration:** Up to 90 days per entry / 90 days total within validity.
**Validity:** Up to 90 days.
**Entries:** Multiple.
**Processing time:** 3–5 working days.

- Same as single-entry e-Visa

**Notes:**
- Useful for cross-border combos (Vietnam–Cambodia–Vietnam etc.).

### voa — Vietnam VOA (with Pre-Approval Letter)

**Purpose:** Tourism / business via approval letter (arrival by air only).
**Stay duration:** 30 / 90 days.
**Validity:** Per approval letter.
**Entries:** Single or Multiple.
**Processing time:** 2–3 working days for letter.
**How to apply:** Via Vietnam visa agency (issues approval letter from Vietnam Immigration Dept); show at boarding + at airport.

**Required documents:**

- Passport, 2 photos
- Approval letter printout
- NA1 entry/exit form
- USD cash for stamping

**Notes:**
- Eligible airports: Tan Son Nhat (HCMC), Noi Bai (Hanoi), Da Nang, Cam Ranh, Cat Bi (Hai Phong), Lien Khuong (Da Lat), Can Tho, Phu Quoc.

## Important general notes

- Every Nepali-language document MUST be accompanied by a notary-certified English translation — embassies will reject untranslated originals. Use a Nepal Bar Council–registered translator and have each translation notarised by a Notary Public.
- Nepalis MUST apply for e-Visa online — NO visa-free entry. VOA available only with pre-approval letter from a Vietnam visa agency.
- Vietnam expanded e-Visa to ALL nationalities (including Nepal) on 15 Aug 2023. Single OR multiple entry, up to 90 days.
- Passport must have 6+ months validity, 2+ blank pages.
- e-Visa cost: USD 25 single entry, USD 50 multiple entry (each up to 90 days).
- Processing 3–5 working days; expedited 1–2 days via agencies.
