Applicants complete the online Schengen visa application form (consular.mfaservices.nl), book an appointment online and submit in person with biometrics at a VFS centre. Official passport holders and Orange Carpet applicants can walk in during set morning hours without an appointment. Long-stay MVV applications are made with the IND (usually by the sponsor); the MVV is collected at the embassy.
