## Overview

Lithuanian Schengen (C) and national (D) visa applications from India are lodged at VFS Global Lithuania Visa Application Centres and decided by the Embassy of Lithuania in New Delhi. The Schengen application form is filled in online via the Lithuanian migration system (MIGRIS/EMigris at migracija.lt), and national visa forms via visa.vrm.lt/epm. Applications can be lodged up to six months before the trip. Applications submitted at satellite centres take an additional 2-3 days in transit to New Delhi. Refused applicants receive a standard form giving the reasons and can appeal against Lithuania's decision following the procedure and time limit stated on it, and the Embassy may ask for additional documents or an interview.

## Visa on arrival, eVisa and visa-free entry
