- Land and Building Tax Payment Certificate — Latest fiscal-year payment receipts from Municipality (Nagarpalika) and Ward (Wada) office (malpot / bhumi-ghar tax).

**Notes:**
- PR holders must visit Cyprus at least once every 2 years — failing this triggers loss of permit.
- Spouse + dependent children up to 25 years (if financially dependent + unmarried + studying) included in the same application. Dependants over 18 years pay an additional EUR 30,000 contribution to retain status.

## Important general notes
