If time permits, we'll visit Launceston Cataract Gorge after settling in. Launceston Cataract Gorge is a popular attraction and a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of travel. Enjoy dinner at one of the many great restaurants in Launceston. There are plenty of options to choose from, depending on your preferences and budget. After dinner, you can spend the rest of the evening exploring Launceston or relaxing at your hotel. ### Day 2: Cradle Mountain Tour Awaken your senses to the magnificent splendour that is Cradle Mountain… Go deep into the Tasmanian forest and experience the solitary wilderness of waterfalls, glacial lakes, rainforest, wildlife and unsurpassed beauty of this World Heritage listed National Park.
