Enjoy your picnic lunch and game viewing; in the evening proceed to the camp for overnight stay at your Camp on full board. The Tarangire River is the primary source of fresh water for wild animals in the Tarangire Ecosystem during the annual dry season. ### Day 3: Tarangire National Park - Serengeti National Park After breakfast, depart to Serengeti National Park in 4 X 4 Toyota Land Cruiser with picnic. Negotiating roads and tracks, your guide slowly transports you to a world of unrivaled scenic splendor, revealing sights and sounds of astonishing realism. A lion relaxing, temporarily satiated after its morning hunt, contented elephant carefully guarding their young as they traverse the bush, a startled warthog running with tail erect, the ungainly and seemingly endless herds of wildebeest quietly munching grass in company with the zebra - these are some the images you will collect and preserve. Return to the camp for breakfast and some time to rest before the afternoon game drive, which ends just before dusk. At the end of the day return to the familiar surroundings of the camp, pleasantly tired but brimming with enthusiasm about your experiences during the day, indulge in the luxury of a hot shower before dinner. ### Day 5: Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater After breakfast, enjoy your game drive within Serengeti National Park as you depart to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with picnic lunch. Explore various areas Moro kopjes and Gol kopjes as you search for any kill. The extensive grasslands are interspersed with Kopjes – rocky outcrops like islands in the flat plain, each with their own wildlife communities. Discover the Seronera Rivers that flow through the park, providing habitats for a variety of birds, mammals and reptiles. Afternoon proceed to Nabi Hill gate where you will have your memorable picnic lunch, then proceed further to Malanja depression that leads you to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and later to the Lodge, with clouds rolling over the rim like a misty waterfall, the setting is dreamy. The lodge fits into the contours of the Ngorongoro crater rim built of volcanic rock. It offers a spectacular view of the Ngorongoro Crater floor, yet it is virtually invisible when you are down on the crater floor on your game drive. The Crater is a famous for its Big Five and home to rare Black Rhino and has its own Soda Lake.
