Your tour starts from Barcelona, a city overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, and famous for Gaudí and other Art Nouveau architecture. [ The Sagrada Família ]( optional ) is a one-of-a-kind basilica, the fruit of the work of genius architect Antoni Gaudí. Today, construction continues on the Basilica. [ Casa Milà ]( exterior visit only ),a block of flats, is Gaudí's most iconic secular building and also his final residential project. Next, head to Valencia, a city where the classical and the avant-garde meet. Visit [ Valencia Cathedral ], the city's most important religious building, with its iconic tower, "el Miguelete", a symbol of the city. Not far from the Cathedral, you'll find [Plaça de la Verge], one of the landmarks of the old town. After breakfast, head to Granada, a city with an unmistakably Moorish flavour, located in eastern Andalusia. You will visit the [ Alhambra ], a beautiful complex of buildings and gardens. The palace grounds comprise beautiful rectangular courtyards and numerous fountains, as well as the Nasrid buildings that served as living quarters for the monarchs and their servants. ### Day 4: [Saturday departure] Sevilla - Lisbon

Today we'll explore the capital of Portugal, Lisbon, where old customs and ancient history intermingle with cultural entertainment and hi-tech innovation.We will visit [ The Jerónimos Monastery ], a National Monument and that was classified a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983. Next, we'll visit [ Torre de Belém ] a cornerstone of Portuguese identity and an icon of a country historically shaped by its proximity to the ocean and its maritime discoveries of new worlds. Come and make your own discoveries at the [ Padrão dos Descobrimentos ], a monumental sculpture commemorating the golden age of Portuguese history. Then we will travel to the famous "City of Three Cultures" Toledo, Christians, Muslims and Jews. Followers of the three religions lived side by side for centuries and left their mark in Toledo.
