## About

The Manaslu Circuit Trek is one of Nepal’s most spectacular and less-crowded Himalayan adventures. Organized by “Incredible Mountains”, this 14-day all-inclusive guided trek takes you through remote mountain villages, Buddhist monasteries, and dramatic alpine landscapes around Mount Manaslu (8,163 m).

This journey tells the story of the Budhi Gandaki valley—starting in the lush hills of central Nepal, gradually entering Tibetan-influenced mountain culture, and culminating with the breathtaking crossing of Larkya La Pass (5,106 m). With expert local guides, comfortable tea-house lodges, and carefully planned acclimatization days, this trek offers a safe and unforgettable “once in a lifetime experience.”

Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Kathmandu (1,355 m)
Arrive in Kathmandu where the Incredible Mountains team welcomes you and transfers you to your hotel. Rest and prepare for the trek.

Day 2 – Kathmandu Sightseeing & Preparation
Visit cultural highlights including Pashupatinath Temple and Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple). Trek permits and preparations are completed.

Day 3 – Drive to Jagat (1,340 m)
Scenic drive along the Budhi Gandaki River through hills and villages to reach Jagat, the starting point of the trek.

Day 4 – Trek to Deng (1,860 m)
Begin trekking through villages like Philim and Dovan, crossing suspension bridges and walking beside the Budhi Gandaki River.

Day 5 – Trek to Namrung (2,630 m)
Gradual ascent through forested trails and traditional villages such as Bihi Phedi and Gap while experiencing local mountain culture.

Day 6 – Trek to Shyala (3,500 m)
The landscape opens to stunning Himalayan views. Pass monasteries and villages influenced by Tibetan culture.

Day 7 – Trek to Samagaun (3,560 m)
Reach one of the largest villages in the Manaslu region with impressive mountain scenery and nearby monasteries.

Day 8 – Acclimatization Day in Samagaun
Explore Birendra Lake or hike toward Manaslu Base Camp while allowing time for proper acclimatization.

Day 9 – Trek to Samdo (3,875 m)
Short but scenic trek to Samdo, a historic trading village near the Tibet border with glacier views.

Day 10 – Trek to Dharamshala (4,460 m)
Gradual climb to Dharamshala, the final stop before the high mountain pass.

Day 11 – Cross Larkya La Pass (5,106 m) – Trek to Bhimtang (3,590 m)
Start early to cross the dramatic Larkya La Pass, the highest point of the trek, before descending to Bhimtang.

Day 12 – Trek to Tilije (2,300 m)
Descend through alpine meadows and forests toward Tilije village.

Day 13 – Drive to Kathmandu
Travel by jeep to Besisahar and continue the journey back to Kathmandu.

Day 14 – Departure
Transfer to the airport for your departure, concluding your unforgettable Himalayan adventure.
