Rice paddies give way to pine forests, pine forests open into dramatic gorges, and gorges climb toward the stark, windswept plateau of the Manang Valley. Our route is built around your body's natural acclimatization rhythm, with rest days positioned strategically so you arrive at Thorong La Pass (5,416m) feeling strong and ready.
The Tilicho Lake side trip is one of the highlights that sets this itinerary apart — most standard circuits skip it entirely. At 4,919m, Tilicho is one of the highest lakes in the world, and the walk to its shores on a clear morning, with the Annapurna massif reflected in its still blue water, is something you'll carry with you long after you return home.
Our groups are kept small — a maximum of 8 to 10 trekkers — so you move at a human pace, eat together, and genuinely experience the Gurung, Manangi, and Thakali communities you pass through rather than rushing past them.
