## About

Day 1: Arrival in Pokhara
Arrive in Pokhara and settle into your lakeside hotel. In the evening, unwind with a gentle sound healing session designed to restore balance after travel. Enjoy a slow sunset stroll along Phewa Lake and rest well before the trek begins.

Day 2: Pokhara to Nayapul, Trek to Ghandruk
Drive to Nayapul and begin your scenic ascent through terraced hills toward Ghandruk, one of the region’s most culturally vibrant Gurung villages. Settle into your teahouse and later participate in a tea ceremony and storytelling evening led by local community members.

Day 3: Ghandruk to Chhomrong
Trek through stone pathways and mountain ridges with stunning views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre. A guided mindful walking practice is introduced today, allowing you to experience the trail in meditative silence and deep presence before reaching Chhomrong.

Day 4: Chhomrong to Bamboo
Descend to the river and ascend gradually through lush rhododendron and bamboo forests before arriving at Bamboo village. In the evening, enjoy herbal tea prepared by hosts and learn about traditional mountain remedies used for altitude adaptation and wellbeing.

Day 5: Bamboo to Deurali
Continue climbing through forested paths and river crossings until Deurali. Pause by a mountain waterfall for a short reflection moment, focusing on breath and surrounding calm. Arrive at your lodge, rest, and enjoy a warm dinner by the fireside atmosphere.

Day 6: Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp
Gradually ascend into the alpine sanctuary and reach Annapurna Base Camp by late afternoon. The dramatic Himalayan amphitheater welcomes you with sunset views over ice peaks. After dinner, join your group for a silent star-gazing moment under the open night sky.

Day 7: Annapurna Base Camp to Jhinu Hot Springs
Wake early for an unforgettable sunrise over the entire Annapurna range. Begin your descent and continue toward Jhinu Danda. End the day soaking in the natural hot springs, allowing muscle relief and quiet relaxation after reaching the heart of the Himalayas.

Day 8: Jhinu to Nayapul, Drive to Pokhara
Walk the final scenic stretch to Nayapul before returning to Pokhara by private vehicle. Enjoy a farewell breakfast and optional spa time or lakeside relaxation before concluding your journey.
