️ 14-Day Everest Base Camp Trek Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)
Meet and greet at Tribhuvan International Airport. Transfer to hotel. Pre-trek briefing.

Day 2: Fly to Lukla (2,840m) – Trek to Phakding (2,610m)
35-min scenic flight (Jan–Feb, Jun–Aug, Dec) or drive to Manthali and 20-min flight (Mar–May, Oct–Nov). Begin trek alongside Dudh Koshi River. 3–4 hours trek.

Day 3: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
Enter Sagarmatha National Park. Cross suspension bridges and ascend to Namche. 5–6 hours trek.

Day 4: Acclimatization in Namche – Hike to Hotel Everest View (3,880m)
Short hike for panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Explore Sherpa Museum and Namche town.

Day 5: Trek to Tengboche (3,860m)
Descend to Phunki Tenga and climb through rhododendron forests. Visit Tengboche Monastery. 5–6 hours trek.

Day 6: Trek to Dingboche (4,410m)

Day 10: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,555m) – Trek to Pheriche (4,240m)

Day 11: Trek to Namche Bazaar
