Itinerary
Day 01: Transfer by cab to bus park and bus to Sundarijal and trek to Chisapani.(5/6 hours).
Before begin the trek, meet your guide at your hotel then take a cab to bus park(20 minutes) and drive by bus to Sundarijal (1460m) in 1 and half hour(hiking/trekking starting point). You will start your trekking from Sundarijal. With the start of uphill, we soon enter into Shivapuri national park listening to the melodious and chirping sound of the bird, exploring flora and fauna around the national park. We passed through Mulkharka village((1855m) then reached to Chispani(2165m) from where you can see great views of Himalayas range of Lantang Lirung, Ganesh himal, Dorje Lakpa, Jugal himal and Gaurishanker and so on if weather is cleared.
Day 02: Chisapni to Nagarkot.(7/8 hours)
After breakfast, trek continues through lush green forest. Then we are descending to Jhule and chauki Bhanjyang(1750m) village. Then we cross some villages and terraced fields to reach Kattike Bhanjyang (1650m). From this Bhanjyang one has to gradually walk up to reach Nagarkot(2090m) which offers breathtaking view of Langtang, Ganesh himal, Dorje Lakpa, Jugal himal, Phurbochyachu, Gaurisanker and Everest on a clear day.
Day 03: Nagarkot to Chagunarayan temple and drive back to Kathmadu (4/5hours).
Early morning wake up and observe the beautiful sunrise view over the Himalayas. Following breakfast then trek down and up to changunarayan temple. Thus we will descend through Telkot Danda-Telkot Bhanjang and gradually up upto 200/300m. We will finally arrive to experience a visit to Changunarayan Temple which was built on 323-A.D. This temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is a pilgrimage site and tourist attraction point. Once you visit this pagoda style Changunarayan temple and it's medieval village, you will catch up the bus to be back to Kathmadu and transfer by taxi to your hotel.
