## About

Day 1: Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla & Trek to Phakding
- Flight Duration: 35 minutes
- Trek Distance: 7.5 km (4.6 miles) | Elevation: 2,860 m (9,383 ft) in Lukla to 2,651 m
(8,695 ft) in Phakding | Trek Duration: 3-4 hours
- Begin with a scenic flight to Lukla. Upon arrival, meet your guide and porters, -
then start trekking. Pass through villages and rhododendron forests, crossing the - Dudh Koshi River. Reach Phakding for your first overnight stay.

Day 2: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar
- Trek Distance: 12 km (7.45 miles) | Elevation: 2,651 m (8,695 ft) to 3,440 m (11,283
ft) | Trek Duration: 5-6 hours
- Start your trek along the river with scenic views, reaching Monjo and entering
Sagarmatha National Park. Cross the Hillary Suspension Bridge and enjoy views
of Thamserku and Kongde Ri as you ascend to Namche Bazaar. Spend the
evening exploring this lively Sherpa town.

Day 3: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche

- Trek Distance: 10.4 km (6.46 miles) | Elevation: 3,440 m (11,283 ft) to 3,870 m
(12,693 ft) | Trek Duration: 5-6 hours
- Begin with breakfast, then trek through forests with breathtaking views of Ama
Dablam, Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse. Descend to the Dudh Koshi River and
ascend to Tengboche, where you can visit the famous monastery. Spend the
night in the serene village of Tengboche.

Day 4: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche
- Trek Distance: 12 km (7.45 miles) | Elevation: 3,870 m (12,693 ft) to 4,360 m (14,300
ft) | Trek Duration: 5-6 hours
- Trek through lush forests, cross the Imja Khola, and pass through Pangboche
and Somare villages. As the landscape shifts to rugged terrain, enjoy panoramic
views of Ama Dablam before reaching Dingboche, where you’ll acclimate and
rest overnight.

Day 5: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche
- Trek Distance: 9 km (5.59 miles) | Elevation: 4,360 m (14,300 ft) to 4,940 m (16,203
ft) | Trek Duration: 4-5 hours
- Depart for Lobuche, ascending Thukla Pass and passing memorials honoring
climbers. Marvel at peaks like Pumori and Lingtren as you journey to the high-
altitude village of Lobuche for an overnight stay.

Day 06: Trek back to Lukla (Long Trek via Pheriche, Namche & Phakding)
- Trek Duration: 7–9 hours
- Distance: Approx. 18–22 km
- Today is a long but rewarding descent back toward Lukla. Retrace your steps through Pheriche, Tengboche, Namche Bazaar, and Phakding. Enjoy downhill trekking with changing landscapes, rivers, and forests. Upon arrival in Lukla, relax and celebrate the completion of your trek. Overnight stay in Lukla.

Day 7: Morning Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu
- Flight Duration: 35 minutes
- Take an early flight back to Kathmandu, where you can relax, explore, or
celebrate your trek’s completion in the vibrant city
