Bara is a traditional Nepali lentil pancake made from ground black gram (urad dal) batter, seasoned with spices. Popular in Newari cuisine, Bara can be plain or topped with egg, minced meat, or vegetables.

Dal Bhat is a traditional South Asian meal consisting of steamed rice (bhat) and lentil soup (dal), often served with vegetables, pickles, and curry. It is a staple dish in Nepal, India, and Bhutan, known for its balanced nutrition and satisfying flavors.

Yomari is a traditional Newari dumpling from especially from Kathmandu made from rice flour dough and filled with a sweet mixture of molasses (chaku) and sesame seeds or sometimes coconut.

Chatamari is a traditional Newari rice flour crepe, often referred to as the "Nepali pizza." It is topped with ingredients like eggs, minced meat, vegetables, and spices.

Momo is a popular Nepali dumpling made from thinly rolled dough filled with minced meat (chicken, buff, or pork) or vegetables, seasoned with spices.

Kheer is a traditional Nepali rice pudding made by simmering rice, milk, sugar, and cardamom until creamy. Often garnished with nuts and raisins,

Aloo Chop is a popular Nepali deep-fried potato snack, made by mashing boiled potatoes and mixing them with spices.

Thukpa is a traditional Tibetan-Nepali noodle soup, made with hand-pulled or wheat noodles in a flavorful broth, often containing vegetables, meat (chicken, buff, or mutton), and aromatic spices.

Carrot Halwa is a sweet dessert made by slow-cooking grated carrots with milk, sugar, ghee, and cardamom, then garnished with nuts and raisins.
