Annapurna I, the world’s tenth highest peak at 8,091 m, lies within the stunning Annapurna Sanctuary. This 5-day trek from Kathmandu or Pokhara takes you to the base camp (ABC – 4,130 m), offering breathtaking Himalayan views. Explore dense forests, rivers, waterfalls, hot springs, and traditional villages while bonding with your private guide.

Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu/Pokhara → Simrung → Sinuwa
Pick-up from your hotel in Kathmandu or Pokhara. Travelers from Kathmandu take a 30-minute flight to Pokhara, followed by a 2–3 hour drive to Simrung via Nayapul. Begin trekking to Sinuwa (4–5 hours). Overnight in a guesthouse at Sinuwa.
Max Altitude: 2,340 m

Day 2: Sinuwa → Deurali
Trek through dense forests, waterfalls, and small settlements to Deurali (5–6 hours). Overnight in a guesthouse at Deurali.
Max Altitude: 3,230 m

Day 3: Deurali → Machhapuchhre Base Camp → ABC
Continue to Annapurna Base Camp via Machhapuchhre Base Camp (5–6 hours). Enjoy stunning mountain views and sunset over the Annapurna range. Overnight in tea houses at ABC.
Max Altitude: 4,130 m

Day 4: ABC → Bamboo/Sinuwa
After sunrise at ABC, trek back to Bamboo or Sinuwa via Deurali, Himalaya, and Dobhan (6–7 hours). Overnight in a guesthouse.
Min Altitude: 2,340 m

Day 5: Bamboo/Sinuwa → Jhinu Danda → Simrung → Pokhara
Trek to Jhinu Danda (hot springs) and then to Simrung (3–4 hours). Drive back to Pokhara (2–3 hours) and drop off at your hotel by approximately 17:00.
Min Altitude: 830 m
