Begin your day with a visit to The Women’s Foundation Nepal, where you’ll be warmly welcomed by the Foundation team in their bright and purposeful workspace. Through a guided storytelling session, program leaders will share real-life success stories: women who have rebuilt their lives through skill-building, micro-credit programs, and educational opportunities. This session is interactive, encouraging you to ask questions and explore the challenges Nepalese women face, while understanding the Foundation’s innovative solutions for empowerment.

Next, step into a cooperative where creativity fuels independence. Women trained by the Foundation create handicrafts, scarves, and eco-friendly products sold locally and internationally. Observe artisans at work, witnessing their meticulous skill, patience, and artistry. Learn about the process of skill-building and economic empowerment without direct participation. In the afternoon, visit a women and children’s shelter home supported by the Foundation, experiencing the human impact of social welfare programs.
