## About

Embark on a transformative journey that combines the thrill of trekking to Everest Base Camp with the serenity of yoga and meditation. This unique trek is designed for travelers who seek not only to reach the base of the world’s highest mountain but also to reconnect with themselves through yoga, meditation, and conscious breathing in the heart of the Himalayas.

Follow the classic Everest Base Camp route through the stunning Khumbu region, passing iconic Sherpa villages such as Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, and Lobuche. Along the way, practice daily yoga and meditation sessions led by experienced instructors, helping your body adapt to altitude while calming your mind. Morning yoga energizes the body, while evening meditation supports relaxation and recovery after trekking.

Beyond yoga, the journey offers deep cultural immersion, with visits to ancient monasteries, interaction with local Sherpa communities, and an understanding of Himalayan Buddhist traditions. Proper acclimatization days, a slow-paced itinerary, nutritious meals, and professional trekking support ensure a safe and enriching experience.
