Embark on a 10-day Annapurna Circuit trek from Kathmandu to Pokhara, one of Nepal’s most iconic journeys. Visit Tilicho Lake (5,050 m), cross Thorong La Pass (5,416 m / 17,769 ft), and explore Manang and Muktinath. Experience breathtaking Himalayan panoramas, alpine landscapes, remote villages, and sacred sites on this challenging yet unforgettable adventure.

Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu/Pokhara → Chame (2,670 m | 10 hrs from Kathmandu / 6–7 hrs from Pokhara)
Pick up from your hotel in kathmandu/pokhara and travel by local bus via Besisahar and Dharapani to Chame. Enjoy terraced fields, rivers, and mountain views. Overnight in Chame.

Day 2: Chame – Upper Pisang (3,300 m | 5–6 hrs)
Trek through pine and rhododendron forests with panoramic views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal. Overnight in Upper Pisang.

Day 3: Upper Pisang – Ngawal – Manang (3,540 m | 6–7 hrs)
Follow the high trail via Ngawal village, then continue to Manang, a Tibetan-influenced cultural hub.

Day 4: Acclimatization in Manang
Rest and explore local monasteries. Optional hikes to viewpoints like Gangapurna Lake.

Day 5: Manang – Tilicho Base Camp (4,150 m | 6 hrs)
Alpine trails lead above the Marsyangdi River to Tilicho Base Camp, surrounded by dramatic peaks.

Day 6: Tilicho Base Camp – Tilicho Lake – Shri Kharka (4,050 m | 7 hrs)
Hike to Tilicho Lake, one of the world’s highest, then descend to the serene settlement of Shri Kharka.

Day 7: Shri Kharka – Yak Kharka (4,050 m | 5–6 hrs)
Trek through open alpine terrain dotted with grazing yaks, with wide Himalayan vistas.

Day 8: Yak Kharka – Thorong Phedi (4,450 m | 5 hrs)
Gradual ascent to Thorong Phedi, base camp for Thorong La Pass.

Day 9: Thorong Phedi – Thorong La Pass – Muktinath (3,800 m | 9–10 hrs)
Early climb to Thorong La Pass (5,416 m). Enjoy panoramic views before descending to the sacred village of Muktinath.

Day 10: Muktinath – Jomsom – Pokhara (800 m | 8 hrs drive)
Drive through the Kali Gandaki Valley to Jomsom and onward to Pokhara. Optionally visit Tatopani Hot Springs en route.
