Begin your experience with a refreshing drive from Kathmandu to Kakani, passing through

When you arrive, head straight to a local tourist restaurant famous in the region for its farm-fresh ingredients, wood-smoked kitchen, and traditional recipes.

Enjoy 10+ guided tastings, each representing a unique flavor of Nepali village cuisine. Sample Nepal’s most iconic chicken dishes, including Kukhura Ko Masu (traditional Nepali chicken curry), local chicken sekuwa, chicken sadeko, jhaneko chicken soup, and a Thakali-style chicken platter.
