Trekking Itinerary:

Day 01: Trek preparation/ Permit issue date

Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Machha Khola (870m, 8/9hours)

Day 03: Machha Khola to Jagat (1,340m, 6 to 7 hours)

Day 04: Jagat to Deng (1,860m, 7 to 8 hours)

Day 05: Deng to Namrung (2,660m, 6 to 7 hours)

Day 06: Namrung to Shyla (3,500m, 3 to 4 hours)

Day 07: Shyla to Samagaon (3,530m, via Pungyen Gumpa 4,040m, 4 to 5 hours)

Day 08: Samagaon – Acclimatization Day. Optional Hike to Manaslu Base Camp (4,800m)
and Birendra Lake (4,450m) 5-6 hours

Day 09: Samagaon to Samdo (3,860m, 2 to 3 hours)

Day 10: Samdo to Larkya Phedi (Dharamsala) (4,480m, 4 to 5 hours)

Day 11: Larkya Phedi to Bimthang (3,720m) via Larke Pass (5,160m) (10 to 12 hours)

Day 12: Bimthang to Dharapani 5 to 6 hours)

Day 13: Drive back to Kathmandu or Pokhara via Besisahar, 8/9hrs
or trek to the Annapurna circuit by yourself from Dharapani.
