We are a Nepali couple based in Kathmandu. Subu is a marketing professional since 1998. He runs several businesses while Mala is a tourism entrepreneur.

We started Ananya Apartments in 2016 after converting part of our commercial building in Thamel into three apartments. We added an apartment building in early 2020 and created nine new apartments. 

We have two teenage kids. We own the land and building of all our apartments.
