Hello! Meet Joe and Sofia Hammond -- owners of The Castle Resort. Joe -- an Irishman hailing from Tipperary and Sofia -- a Portuguese from Coimbra, started building 'The Castle Resort' 27 years ago.
The Castle Resort is located on a small hilltop overlooking Phewa Lake and the World Peace Stupa, away from the hustle and bustle of the 'lakeside' Pokhara.
