My house is newly build deceptively spacious 3 bedroom detached split level family house, which is located in the very quite and peaceful residential area of Edge Hill in shivapuri national park. its 10 min walk from public transport.

There is a large kitchen/dinner and a drive way to the front for car and bike parking.
There is a small gardens at the rear of the house with a huge heated conservatory with dinning and sitting area.
Currently there are 2 double bedrooms and a single room with two shared bathrooms available.

The two double bed rooms could accommodate 2 people per room.
There is also a huge private sitting area and 2 further bedrooms on the first level.
