I wear many hats :) I lecture at Kathmandu University.  I am also a bio-intensive farmer with a love for permaculture.  I am a guitar player, having toured the US twice with a world music ensemble.  I have worked for a long time in the NGO field, addressing various social issues affecting youths, women, and children.  I volunteer my time for folks struggling with substance use and HIV.  

I love nature and aim to live a sustainable life.
