Shanta Ghar-peace home is a rustic natural eco-home in beautiful Madi village behind the Chitwan National Park.A small heaven discovered by Norwegian hippie Mr. Lasse Hanestard who started with his beloved local friend Ramakanta. It is Sal wood home designed by local carpenters in traditional style where everything is pure eco:  dry red mud floor with straw carpets & beautiful collection of handicraft.
