We invite you to Niru Yoga Homestay located in a beautiful village outside of the busy Kathmandu city. Our stay is unique from others in that you will participate in a 4-6 day retreat to rejuvenate your mind/body, and soul. Our daily retreat schedule includes two yoga classes (morning and evening), three organic home-cooked meals, midday hiking/trekking through the surrounding mountains to visit nearby waterfalls, sound healing, and meditation.
